Our Cheeses are suitable for Vegetarians as we only use vegetable rennet, We do not use artificial ingredients or processes. We use only pasteurised milk to make our cheeses.Member of The Specialist Cheese Makers Association.
Description (foreign language): We are a Family run business, based on our farm in West Sussex. The cheeses are all made in our modern dairy, just 20 metres away from where the cows are milked. Our Sheep Milk is supplied by several milking units, with the largest milking over 800 ewes twice every day and much of our goat's milk is from Kent. Currently exporting To Germany.
