Exclusion of Liability

by Redaktion (comments: 0)

1. Content of Information Provided On-Line
The author accepts no liability for the current validity, correctness, completeness or quality of the information made available. Liability claims against the author which refer to damage of a material or non-material kind which was caused by the use or non-use of the information provided or by the use of erroneous and incomplete information have no validity provided that there is no demonstrably intentional or grossly negligent action on the part of the author.
All information provided is without obligation. The author retains the absolute right to change, to supplement or to delete parts of sites or the whole of the information provided without prior notice or to close the publication for the time being or permanently.

2. Hyperlinks and links
In the case of direct and indirect hyperlinks to other websites for which the author has no responsibility, liability would apply only if the author were cognizant of the contents and if it was technically possible for him and could reasonably be expected of him to prevent use in the case of unlawful contents.
The author hereby declares expressly that at the time of creating links no illegal contents could be found on the sites constituting the link. The author has no influence whatsoever on the current and future composition, contents or authorship of the linked sites. For this reason, the author dissociates himself explicitly from all contents of any linked sites that were altered after the establishment of the link. This statement applies to all links and hyperlinks established within the author's own internet contribution and to entries by third parties in guest books, discussion forums and mailing lists set up by the author. Responsibility for illegal, erroneous or incomplete contents and in particular for damage arising from the use or non-use of information supplied in this way lies exclusively with the supplier of the site to which a link was made and not with the person who simply referred via links to the particular publication.

3. Copyright and Trade Mark Registration Laws
The author undertakes to observe the copyright of any graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts used in all publications, to use graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts created by himself, or to make use of licence-free graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts.
All brand names and trade marks named in the information provided on the internet and possibly protected by third parties are subject without reservation to the provisions of the relevant and applicable trade mark registration law and to the ownership rights of the particular registered owners. It is not permissible to draw the conclusion that simply by naming them trade marks are not protected by the rights of third parties.
The copyright for published items created by the author himself remains the property of the author of the sites. Duplicating or using items such as graphics, sound documents, video sequences or texts in other electronic or printed publications is permitted only with the explicit permission of the author.

4. Data Protection
Wherever there is the possibility in the material provided on the internet of entering personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, addresses), these data can only be passed on by the user on an explicitly voluntary basis. Also using and paying for all services offered is permitted - wherever technically possible and reasonable - without giving such data or by giving anonymous data or a pseudonym. The use by third parties of the contact data published within the framework of the website title or comparable information, such as postal addresses, telephone and fax numbers and e-mail addresses in order to send unsolicited information is not permitted. If the sender of so-called spam mail infringes this prohibition the author reserves the right to take legal action.

5. Validity in Law of this Exclusion from Liability
This exclusion from liability is to be regarded as an integral part of the author's internet-based service from which a link was made to this site. If parts of this text or individual formulations in this text do not correspond to, no longer correspond to, or do not completely correspond to the currently valid law, the content and validity of the other parts of the document are not affected.

The legally binding version of this document is the original version in German.
Liability: Although we undertake careful checking of content, we do not accept any liability for the content of external links. The content of linked websites is the sole responsibility of the provider of those sites.
