Food is a necessity, and also very personal. Satisfaction reflects ethical decisions, and private concerns can be very political in nature. Since people are more and more alienated from what is on plates, responsible food consumption is something that a number of people demand. The publication gives people information on what to base their decision and answers their questions. More information is available here.
