According to the motto "Next Generation", the world’s leading trade fair for organic food products BioFach in Nuremberg opens its doors from 14th – 17th February 2018 for professional visitors working in the organic sector.
As NürnbergMesse reports, in contrast to last year’s fair, more exhibitors are expected at the upcoming edition of the fair-duo BioFach and Vivaness. In order to reconcile all 2,950 exhibitors, two further halls (4A and 8) will be opened at the fairground. Besides the presentation of international certified organic food products; latest trends, newcomers, worlds of experience as well as several networking possibilities within the branch can be expected by professional visitors. Further, the BioFach 2018 offers the ideal platform to discuss ideas on how to develop the organic market and about the structures of generational transitions in organic companies.
With reference to the focused topic „Next Generation“; created by IFOAM – Organics International, the German Union of the Organic Food Economics (Bund Ökologische Lebensmittelwirtschaft - BÖLW) and BioFach; the fair trade presents various connecting points for professional guests:

- Meeting point “Initiatives & NGOs”
Projects from the fields politics, agriculture, animal welfare, fairtrade, regionality, consumer protection and climate protection will introduce their work and objectives.
