The second edition on Vinitaly Bio took place at the most important Italian wine fair, Vinitaly, one of the main international wine exhibitions that was held in Verona from 22-25 March 2015. The expo had about 150,000 visitors from 140 countries and was also attended by more than 2,600 journalists from 46 countries. With only 1000 m² available in the pavilion, there was not enough room for some tens of organic wineries; FederBio will try to obtain a larger exhibition are for the 2016 edition.

From 11 to 14 February – Wednesday to Saturday – the international organic industry will again be congregating in Nuremberg. Just as last year, NürnbergMesse expects around 2,200 exhibitors and 42,000 professional visitors to attend the trade fair duo BioFach and Vivaness.
The Dutch organic market has more or less doubled since 2008, and in 2013 it passed the billion euro mark. The organic organisation Bionext estimates the value of turnover to be 1.07 billion euros. Around 1,500 certified organic farms are operating in the Netherlands and 1,700 companies are active in the manufacturing and trading sector.
