Best New Product Awards at BioFach

The two Novelty Stands were hot spots and the first port of call for visitors at BioFach and Vivaness in Nuremberg / Germany in February. 571 new products (BioFach 474, Vivaness 97) were presented there this year. For the third time, a search for the most convincing new product among the organic products on display took place. Every visitor at the exhibition had the opportunity to choose his favourite product as the Best New Product in each of seven categories using his voting card.
The 2013 winners were: Frizle, fresh organic noodle pastry in various flavours (Fresh category), Schrozberg dairy, Tim’s frozen yogurt (Frozen), Everprosper Food Industries, organic noodles (Cooking & Baking), Foodloose, Foodloose nut & dried fruit bar (Snacks & Sweets), Zwergenwiese Naturkost “spread it” Bruschesto spread (Other Grocery Products), Yogi Tea, positive energy cranberry-hibiscus (drinks), 4E Solutions, Ajaa! 0.9 litre box (Non-Food).
The new creations from the BioFach exhibitors were presented centrally for the first time in the attractive Mitte entrance area of the exhibition centre in 2013. A new feature was also a QR code for every product. This enabled all mobile smartphone users to call up information about the products on the spot and save this in their own list of favourites.
