America’s first Organic Fast Food expands

The Organic Group, America’s first USDA-certifies fast food restaurant is aiming to expand just five months after opening the first shop in Pleasanton. The company was founded by Erica Welton and Dennis Hoover and specializes on organic fried chicken in several variations. The menu is kept quite small, but it allows the restaurant to use only high-quality organic ingredients. As the SFGate reports, the Organic Group is now also offering a vegan Hodo Soy Burger to attract vegetarian and vegan costumers.
With their concept of organic fast food, the company will now open its first outpost in San Francisco and strives to expand to several other regions throughout America.
