USA: Sustainable Foods Summit in San Francisco

From 30th- 31st January 2018, the North American edition of the Sustainable Foods Summit will be held in San Francisco, USA. Central topics of the eighth Summit in North America will be health impacts, sustainable ingredients as well as organic and eco labels. Questions such as “Will the ‘mainstreaming’ of the organic food market continue?” or “What positive health benefits are given by sustainable foods?” will be discussed in a high level forum. The Sustainable Foods Summit, organized by Ecovia Intelligence, is a worldwide series focusing on important issues regarding sustainability and eco-labels the food industry has to face. Further editions of the international summit will be hosted in Singapore (28th- 30th November 2017) and in Amsterdam (14th- 15th of June 2018).
